Pros
Not the best place at the moment, best to reconsider. The only good thing here is maybe having the chance to manage the end to end; but it’s a double edged sword.
Cons
Over-Excessive processes and controls make it tough to run anything. Inter-team culture is not as good as it once was. Teams are now defensive and less collaborative in fear of responsibility. You will not be rewarded for good work. Bonuses are poor.
