Horrible senior leaders - Senior Vice President Citi Employee Review

Extremely poor leadership. They have no clue what mid level managers are doing. My manager doesn’t log into zoom - doesn’t respond to messages, emails, meeting invites, and leaves the entire team in the complete dark. We were supposed to get rid of the folks holding us back but their roles just got shifted and for the worst.
