      Work from home is good

      Cons

      Favouritism over ability, unfair treatment, exclusion, no credit for overtime or hard work, finger pointing, extremely short staffed, high volume of workload. This bank likes to make simple tasks difficult with no process improvement. Your development is solely dependent on how much your manager likes you, very bad work culture.

      Great benefits. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They do more than just pay lip service to work life balance

      Cons

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
