No talk of pay rise after 2 years of working with Citizen - so not much incentive to stay there and progress in a specific role.
Plans to change this in the last 3 months so beneficial to new employees who start with Citizen.

- Decent pay and benefits
- Flexible hybrid work, never had a problem getting time off
- Work with big name clients
- Lots of hands on experience in different projects that makes you well rounded
- Junior staff has very strong skill set and are the true “culture” at Citizen
Cons
- Veteran employees are traditional to corporate hierarchy. Only their ideas are the ones being executed and give stand-off energy to any one under them.
- Pay bumps aren’t significant when getting a bonus or promotion
- Understaffed for the last years so working long hours a lot of days
- Very rare to have leadership slow down and teach you strategy. Lots of figuring it out as you go
