Pros
they (refer to cofounders) somehow cheat customers and breakeven. fake to investors (they ask me to fake data every month and without a choice, i had to) they treat employees as living worms if not as humans. somehow they don't kill you. you feel jailed but your hands are not tied yet you cant escape they threaten you with terror but say they will send a legal notice. know that their legal notice won't stand, you can make money if at all they do as they are guilty and have committed many atrocious mistakes, most of them illegal. they don't believe that a team can help them grow, they think only they can. the best part is that they think they are very smart. it's a pro and not a con because they are not, they are just lame dumb. the male cofounder snorts coke every now and then and the female cofounder is an alcoholic. the funding they have raised is because of one or two ex:employees who had built some tech then.
Cons
its a small startup, not one happy customer, not one happy employee! stats speak for itself! cofounders dont care for anything! they are on a personal bandwagon of fame and fiction. they are not getting any either. they are too proud, they are set for a huge fall, and everything is oncourse for that big fall. all of us employees who give them feedback are doing them a favor, but they feel guilty, angry and abusive about it. there have been sexual harassment, mental and physical harassment, legal threats, lots more. not one employee spared. you get a rosy picture of them at first, but when you join it will all change. you will be treated worse than dogs. the lady cofounder told me how she has invested investor money in so many places so she gets some back. the male cofounder told me about all his drug addictions and told me about how he bought his triumph bike. they tell me to falsify data for the reports. the company is about to shut shop as business cant be run on faked moralities. nobody can work here, nobody should work here. if you are reading this, never apply here and stop everyone and anyone from joining here. no career growth, extremely poor working conditions, horrible compensation and zero benefits, forget about worklife balance, holidays etc., its not that they make you work or that you are productive towards the company, its like you are a pet animal, made to sit in their office waiting for them to come down the stairs and throw a biscuit at you. you cannot go home till they say so. one day a few of us were even locked in the room for 11 hours so we could not go out. we cried a lot for lettingsomething like that happen. when we said we will resign we were givenverbal legal threats. they have no values, they are like terrorists culture
