Pros
Citizens in my experience has been a bank that has higher base salaries, as their incentives are not geared to actually give anyone aside from branch managers a decent bonus. However, my time here taught me a lot, they have a great training program and teach very useful skills that can translate anywhere.
Cons
The company is having some serious retention issues. People do not feel appreciated and there is no communication from upper management until a problem has gotten too big. Since separating from RBS they seem to be going through a culture crisis and cannot decide what they want the culture to be.
