Lucky to get 1 meeting a year with your supervisor. Very cliquey with supervisors and their favorites. If you need help. Good luck. Just quit. Expect to get written up for asinine reasons that you will never understand. The pay is not worth it. If you happen to be one of the few lucky that get promoted, just know you are hated.
