      My team were excellent and successful

      Cons

      Literally everything else was poor. Senior management and toxic people moved into roles they arent qualified to do. If you have legacy relationships with exec then you are bulletproof regardless of performance.

      Great training program. I have never worked at a company that has taken care of me like Citron has. Comp plan is fantastic. They always take suggestions to improve the company

      Not getting enough generating leads. Need to find a better way to warm up the leads

      Not much to like. Glad I left when I did, hope the managers there all get fired.

      Cons

      Management doesn’t know much about the company. Company only worries about there self, wouldn’t recommend to no one.
