Business outlook
Pros
Great base level of pay, with very generous pay to perform package of commission and bonuses. Generally autonomous work. (Unless you are falling behind, then they will get involved as they should). Very welcoming company to work for.
Cons
Understand I am not angry or bitter. This is business. The senior leadership is disorganized and lack the ability to hold themselves accountable. They cut many employees without any notice more than once. I did not survive a cut. (Not that I made them want to save me after they restructured, I'm too vocal for my own good). However they love all over you until the ax falls even when they say it won't, then it's radio silence.
