The pros are getting smaller. Door to door pay, take van home.
Cons
Lack of support. Overloaded runs. Railroaded to do overtime, consistently get complaints from customers about lack of comunication or responses from account managers. Genuine issues about logistical failures are looked at as just moaning. No progression in position. Excessive driving hours. Theres more but would be here all day.
