Pros

New technologies to explore, Fast paced & high velocity of delivery

Cons

1. Everyone has personal agenda to run and mostly considers others as implementers of his or her beliefs however crap it may be. Lesser power you have by virtue of your designation more you will be treated like slave. 2. People strongly believe that by abusing others they exercise their authority and can get things done. True master slave culture. 3. Now is the worst time for Citrus. Acquisition of Citrus by PayU has been disastrous for both organization's employees except that citrus founders and selective few others made some money. People are running for cover and literarily full day searching for other opportunities like anything. 4. Combined entity CEO gave a flowery speeches in recent townhall saying he never asked for people reduction what a disgrace of himself. He literarily kept saying so far that people reduction has to happen. He also mentioned that now the people leaving will be because they don't like business as if till now people were useless and good that they left. He has not more than 5% acceptance is the organization. People consider him a hitler with selfish motives. 5. Decent amount of one's time now goes in Citrus vs PayU game. Each team trying to outsmart the other for not so good reasons.

Pros

Tea & Coffee wending machine is available. Employees are ok. Air conditioning is good. Work wise is not too hectic as of now. Written the pros on 02.07.2014.

Cons

* Notice Period is of 2 months after completion of 6 months in office. Very bad policy. As soon as you join the company; you have a 1 month's notice period which is not the usual rule of an organization. It should be 1 week's notice period. If you come under the bracket of 2 months notice period and you tendered your resignation and want to leave the organization after a month then you would need to pay 1 month's gross salary to Citruspay. I do not understand what the company is thinking. Do they want to live their lives with our salary? Get genuine managers into our organization. Not managers who just want to get the work done. Get a new office and a bigger location. All the best to Citruspay. Its overall a good company but 2 months notice is ridiculous. Do you just want us to get stuck in your company?
