Pros
Catalogue has made a big difference and allowed us to start talking to lapsed customers. It's great that things seem a bit more joined up across stores with things like consistent opening hours and same day ranges.
Cons
You get out what you put in so there's always pressure to keep pushing and sometime i lack the skills such as in IT
