Pros

None. None at all. Nope.

Cons

Average hours worked weekly - 60. Would start at 5-6 AM and go until 5-6 pm often. Average of pay was less than minimum wage. They were 1000’s of dollars behind in paying me commissions. Fired me when I confronted them about it, then lied to unemployment saying I quit. Other sales were routinely stolen from me. Verbal abuse often for not working hard enough. No leadership, no communication, constantly out of product. Working during the pandemic with no safety regulations. This was the worst job I’ve ever had. You have a company where every single position is already called for. So no one has the motivation to strive to be better. They will just continue to be terrible but nothing will ever happen because they’ve all worked there forever. Stay away.

Pros

Nice facility and decent equipment

Cons

Bait and switch. You are told you work for a family and they care about you. That lasts a few weeks. It seems like if you make one mistake they just say fire you. Management is a good ol boys club and always blames someone else than themselves. Nothing is ever good enough. You can do 99% perfect and they will yell at you for the 1% that isn't. You will be asked to do more and more and get less and less support. Mismanaged and messy. No employee appreciation. Always overworked, overstressed and very underappreciated.
