      Pros

      Great leadership team, awesome people ops, great engineering team, awesome culture. I loved working here.

      Cons

      3 days in person might be difficult for some employees, the engineering team was definitely seen as "second class" next to the data team, engineers were siloed, and cross team collaboration was discouraged.

      Collaborative and dynamic work environment - managing multiple projects with full support from the team, exciting to work in a purpose-driven industry combining AI digital intelligence as a solution for the water & wastewater industries, rewarding to interact with and meet the needs of prospects & clients.

      Cons

      Complexities of the industry and nature of the product were challenging at times & limited in-person interaction.
