Pros

Great pay, many benefits, vacation time if you are full time.

Cons

I don’t think upper management is aware of things that happen at the facility. My manager created a lot of tension by not really being involved with the employees and allowing a team lead to do her job. There is a lot of hostility and accusations, and it’s all about who the team lead likes that week. The team lead is a gossip hound who really isn’t that great at her job. Also, since Steve the founder left and someone else took over ClaimAid’s atmosphere and values have gone downhill.

If you love to help people and want to try to assist those who might be at their lowest, this is the job for you.

Cons

The work never stops. I have never been able to complete all my daily assignments at the end of the work day, It’s very tiring
