Poor Management - Legal Secretary Clapp Moroney Employee Review

Office Manager is awful. No structure or guidance to firms policies. Cases are a mess because turnover is so high. Rules only apply to certain individuals. Not salary you have to clock in and out daily. Work/life balance not a priority. I was employed here for a very short period and say 7 people quit in my 3 months with the firm. They also severely underpay and will come after you for working even a few minutes of OT.
