As a current employee I m very proud to share my reviews in this platform, I have been working for customer care industry more than 10+years! I understand the culture and differences each organisation follow but this organisation is exceptional. One of the core value which makes me love this organisation is PEOPLE FIRST! which is always adhered and all the employee are treated with utmost respect.. This is the first organisation which I m working where diversities are appreciated!! We receive WFH for national holidays and we also have WINTER BREAK which an employee can utilise to spend this time with family and friends to balance your work life.. This organisation also has benefits of NSA and transportation for the employee.. Apart from this management always appreciate your work and motivate you to up skill yourself towards betterment!! Though the process is difficult to learn we have amazing environment where every individual help each other :)
