      Pros

      Good relationships with other staff members, some flexibility with schedule. Pay is decent starting.

      Cons

      No holiday pay. If you want a holiday off you have to use PTO which means if you take off several holidays you will not have a lot of PTO to use for other days. Very corporate answers when handling issues and sometimes you will feel like they care about money more than employees. No room to move up and raises do not happen frequently.

      Ignores negative employee feedback, Support teams do not seek feedback, very eager to acquire other firms even when they cannot support them. Lags in pay.
