Pros
7.5 years with the firm, I've grown from PC to APM to PM. I think we are a fun group who likes to work hard / play hard! Since a change in leadership a few years ago we've made leaps and bounds in terms of office policies, growth opportunities, and being a more DEI workplace!
Cons
We've traditionally be departmentalized (Design, Production, Construction Administration) which does not promote learning and getting a 360 perspective of the practice of architecture; however, we are evolving into a "people-centric" firm, where we are becoming more studio-based to give people more exposure to the different facets of the industry. I feel like we are in a hybrid state at the moment.
