It's great to work for a CEO whose passion filters through every aspect of the company. He has a clear vision of what he wants Clear Financial Partners to be and to become in the future. I love that my job gets to further the vision Clear Financial Partners and Tim Clairmont. We take excellent care of our clients!! We plan events for them several times a year, host workshops, and treat them like family. Every day is a new challenge. You might be taking on a new project, creating a new process, but also doing the day to day activities that keep a business successful. We bring in lunch regularly, celebrate birthdays in a big way and plan a yearly staff retreat where we spend the day out of the office doing fun and exciting things! We have a fully stocked break room so you don't even need to leave the office during the day for a snack or caffeine fix! You do have to work extremely hard, but you are only expected to work 40 hours a week. No overtime! Work/Life balance is very important to Clear Financial Partners. Excellent health benefits, paid holidays and 2 weeks vacation are available after 90 days of employment. After 1 year of employment you are eligible to participate in the company 401K plan. Cons
When employees are not pulling their weight or performing to the expected level, they will not last. Unfortunately prospects tend to oversell themselves in interviews and once they are on staff and 'in the trenches' they cannot cut it. When we are dealing with clients' money and retirement we have to run a tight ship. If you are not willing to work hard and do exactly as you are asked, then this might not be the right fit for you.
