They are deleting negatives reviews so watch for that. When I first started working for the company they had a 4.4 rating on glassdoor, that was before the merger. The current CEO is a very strange guy, he plays like he is a "super cool" and relaxed CEO but he is not. He is a big baby when it comes to tech issues and does not seem to know what he is doing. Everyone just seems to be winging it on the C suite level. My role had no upward mobility and my manager was very controlling with any type of movement within the company at all. The company was so much better before the merger and the fact that many people working for the company are from our competitors is truly interesting. ClearGov was proud of being a remote work environment and now all positions are becoming hybrid, offices are popping up around the USA. Managers are stressed out and everyone is looking at the next person on what to do.
