      You get the feeling the founders actually care about their employees. a good balance of crunch time and down times, depending of velocity of projects that come in.

      Cons

      Projects can be a bit chaotic sometimes. Got taken over and moved from the Vaughan office. (this happened after I left).

      Fantastic environment for new grads to start a career in software. You are given a lot of responsibility withy relatively little experience.
