The company has continued to spread their resources thin and not replenish necessary positions in a timely manner like engineering, and design. They have made more and more people work across multiple teams which makes it hard to be successful. Key positions that drive traffic, like the Digital PR team and social team, do not have anywhere near the resources the would need to help all of the brands be successful. There also seems to be too much micro-managing at the top and not enough delegating which causes many delays in larger initiatives. Brand Nepotism is an issue as people from TPH are put into leadership positions without giving others opportunity to interview.
