There is so much opportunity to grow throughout the company if you put the work in! They are willing and able to support you and guide you to achieve your goals.

I see current employees not willing to adapt to change. This does bring morale down for the company as a whole.

They encourage you to volunteer and give back to the community.

There is zero diversity at Clearview. Every single director, vp, and senior executive at the company is white. They claim to value DEI, but it means nothing to them. Minorities are not valued and have no real chance to move up in the credit union.
