Pros
The faculty and staff are one big happy family and are very welcoming to new members; their interaction with and recognition of their students is endearing, admirable, and uplifting. Certainly a spirited school! Positive work environment and fun outings, strong with making new connections--they are a business university with a healthy focus on networking.
Cons
Low and infrequent pay for faculty. You'll be wise to consider teaching at Cleary (at least part-time) a hobby, not a job--because once you get a few bucks, you'll be thrilled!
