Pay isn't great, but probably just about fair for the region

ClinPhone has aspirations to grow. There will always be something to do here. Sometimes the work is challenging - a good thing! The company cares very much about the human aspect, it understands that the staff are more than just resources to make money for the company, but assets without which there would be no company.

ClinPhone gets tied up in it's own bureaucracy & thinks it needs to do what bigger companies do. Due to regulatory environment, innovation tends to get stifled. ClinPhone struggles to communicate. It's very dysfunctional in this respect. Everyone considers themselves to busy to do it & people are very busy, but finding out what is going on across the company is near impossible. You are entirely dependent on what someone heard from someone who knows someone in such-and-such a department.
