      Good pay if you fight for it, supportive coworkers and a lot of teamwork, meals provided, decent amount of PTO, always something interesting going on.

      Cons

      Toxic, in a high school way. Administration prioritizes money and filling beds over patient care and staff safety. Management turnover is unreal. All attempts to improve quickly fail and are brushed under the rug.

      Admin wants people in beds, regardless if staff can safely take care of them Benefits are $$$$ Admin turns over frequently Drops housekeeping staff to under fulll time so hospital doesn’t get the cleaning it needs People get promoted to made up positions
