Pros
1-Very nice work environment and good experience. 2-Very friendly coworkers,There is always a good bond between people even if they are not working in the same department. 3-No micromanagement,the CEO is open minded to any new ideas. 4- There are many nice monthly events that the company do for the employees like: -A.S.A (Ask Sami Anything) -What do you want to see at CloudConcept? -Happy Hour. -EOS(employee of the month). 5-The ability to Work from home 4 times a month plus Flexible working hours.
Cons
Sometimes there are alot of work to be done in a different projects in a very limited time and short deadlines which leads to work extra hours or on weekends (of course paid as an overtime).
