Pros

It is possible to have positive relationships with leadership and management are supportive. Employee engagement is genuine. Ideas are welcomed and are backed at the highest levels. As a quota bearing sales person there is a genuine ability to earn well here and the company will pay as promised.

Cons

Integration of and growth via acquisitions is challenging but that is the same for similar companies. Employees must be comfortable with change. Pathways for career development or advancement are not clear.

Pros

A fast-paced environment with an engaged, supportive and approachable leadership. Opportunity to develop and grow and a genuine feeling of being part of a team. The people are the biggest asset, it is head and shoulders the best team I have worked with in my career.

Cons

Merging 4 companies into one has proven to be tricky and the transition has been bumpy with service issues and system integration challenges but these have been/are being constantly addressed.

Thank you for such a thoughtful and detailed review. We’re delighted to hear your positive feedback about our leadership team, the opportunities to develop, and—most importantly—the people. Knowing that our team stands out as the best you’ve worked with is something we’re genuinely proud of. We also appreciate your openness about the challenges that come with merging multiple businesses. Bringing four companies together is no small task, and we recognise that the transition hasn’t always been smooth. We’re actively addressing service and system integration issues and remain committed to continual improvement as we build a stronger, more unified organisation. Thank you as well for your advice to management—staying engaged and supportive is something we take seriously. We’re grateful for your contribution and for being part of the journey.
