Pros
I'm generally a glass half full kind of person but this one's very difficult. The people I met while I worked there is by far the only positive thing I can think of.
Cons
The CEO. While I appreciate the opportunity and the trust put into me by the upper management to execute task well beyond my experience level, which taught me a lot of things, I strongly disapprove of RP(CEO) and his methods. To summarise my experience it was Michael Scott level stupidity combined with Miranda Priestly level toxicity. Miranda from the novel not the movie. For less media savvy people, it's the typical services mindset who see employees as billable assets. You should work on weekends no WFH no leaves you should have no life because we get paid by the hours you put in while serving a foreign client. While he does dream of building an IP but unfortunately the mind which has worked in services for ages doesn't understand what innovation is and that it's not the product, it's the people and the community. All the good "assets" abandon this company because of poor treatment. Which is the reason why all your IPs are basically an AI wrapper till this date, which can easily be replicated over the weekends. And unfortunately no one is going to buy you out on a pre revenue AI wrapper.
