Pros
For me, working from home isn’t just an appealing prospect — it’s a reality. You don't have to come into the office at all if you don't want to, and nobody will force you to. Everything is built on trust: what matters are the results, not how many hours you spend sitting at your desk.
When you do decide to come in and socialise, you'll find the environment amazing. The Sky Park offices are in an excellent location with great accessibility, and the office itself is modern, inspiring and well equipped.
If you need to concentrate or focus, you can book a meeting room in which to work. (If the office is too noisy at that time.)
People are on the same wavelength here, the atmosphere is great, and we enjoy grabbing coffee together. Management is extremely approachable, and the 'open-door policy' really works here. You can talk openly and personally with management about anything at any time.
I genuinely enjoy the product we’re working on — it’s constantly evolving, and I can see real results. The company is also growing dynamically, and this growth brings opportunities for employees. Cons
To be honest, I can’t think of anything significant to criticise about the company at the moment. Of course, rapid growth sometimes necessitates minor changes to processes, but these are openly and constructively addressed as they arise. I’m completely satisfied here at the moment.
