I would say they will fire you at any point of time irrespective of your performance . The best example i can give you is : lets say they need to build a team of 11 and there are 15 players … so 11 friends will stay in company and rest 4 will be straight away fired from the company even if they are the best performers. No job security No Hike No professionalism Worst work culture Best Recommendation : please do not join Cloudwerx even if they offer you high salary
