Good training resources overshadowed by poor management culture - Supervisor Club Monaco Employee Review

My experience with the manager was challenging due to a highly micromanaged work environment and communication style that negatively affected team morale. There was frequent gossiping about employees, which contributed to an unprofessional workplace culture and created tension among team members. I also observed comments and discussions regarding employees' appearance that I felt were inappropriate and, at times, perceived as bullying. These behaviors made the work environment uncomfortable and impacted trust, collaboration, and employee well-being. Overall, I felt that the leadership approach did not foster a respectful, supportive, or inclusive workplace.
