Pros
Great team, amazing vibe and based on my store, everyone vouches for each other. The management team are also really understanding and easy going for everyone's personal and social lives etc.
Cons
Arrogance from certain Senior management especially the Visual director. I feel like the visual team's workslave. Unrealistic/unachievable store targets.
