Pros
Autonomy on day to day operations of studio. Not super hard on you when you don't hit numbers each month. Make your own schedule somewhat.
Cons
Pay and PTO are both severely lacking. PTO is accrued so you start with none and get no sick time. Fully in person so 8 hours of basically standing or finding various places in the studio to sit when much of the job can be done remotely. Almost no growth opportunities. High turnover with both managers, front desk and instructors.
