      The pay and commission was okay.

      Cons

      Drama and gossip. The owners were barely ever there and expected us to know everything and run the place ourselves. The general manager quit and we were without a GM for over 3 months.

      Pros

      Great work life balance, manager is very flexible, you earn commissions on sales.

      Cons

      Lots of random check ins from Regional management which focuses on silly things like if the front door mat is vacuumed multiple times a day and such.
