When you come to realize you hate this place, you'll learn so does everyone working here and their clients.
Cons
- no raises or promotions
- the tech isn't real
- can't retain clients
- CEO & SVP ops are micro managers but somehow can not make good business decisions
- CEO plays social manipulation games even with other leadership members
- Nobody likes the CEO
The people on my team that I worked with day to day are good people.
Cons
-Leadership is full of liars who will smile to your face and then stab you in the back. You cannot believe anything the CEO or VP tells you as they are not genuine at all.
-The commission structure is terrible and much lower than industry standard. -Benefits are horrible or nonexistent.
-Company is broke and can't even afford standard sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
-There is far too much repetitive work that is done manually because of the lack of a decent CRM.
