it paid semi decently when they hired me, but then hired people more recently for 20-30k less for 3x the workload

The CEO is out of his depth, a liar and is destroying the company and is a bully The C-suite team is aware he is destroying the company but is too cowardly to say or do anything The CEO realised his venture bro attitude didn’t work when trying to create another company and decided to buy this one back and destroy it, making it cluep in name only They pretend they care about employee mental health, yet threaten employees with lawyers, try and get people to quit so they don’t have to pay severance (literally fired 10-15 people in the last 6 months and are probably running out of money, so instead anthropomorphise a literal toxic waste dump so people quit) and give so much work people work from 6am to 9pm whilst anyone with a VP title hasn’t seen the inside of a dashboard in a half decade. their tech doesn’t do what it says it does create a culture of fear and terror so everyone is too scared to ask what is happening to the company and why low salaries give ultimatums that amount to constructive dismissal and then act like you’re crazy for questioning it they don’t hire enough people, so everyone is overworked, then pretend to put job ads so employees think help is coming. there was literally 2 account managers for the whole company for over 6 months. honestly, don’t work here.
