Directors unanimously seem to talk about themselves a lot. Very nice to your face and then talk a lot of criticism not only about employees but clients behind closed doors (tip their offices are glass and you can hear everything). Between all departments that I have worked with people are tired and unhappy, majority is struggling with workload as a lot of the processes are very manual. This company is constantly trying to fulfill positions as people either quit or are let go. Questionable data reports. Their platform has a lot of issues.
