Pros
The people there are great, especially the marketing and sales teams.
Cons
New leadership has shaken up the culture. Its much more stressful there now. Instead of providing a focus the senior leadership is throwing things against the wall to see what works. The engineers are based oversees which makes communicating with them very problematic.
