Employees often work late, staying until 9 or 10 PM. Moreover, there appears to be a lack of formal human resources management the current representative, Himanshu, has been reported to make inappropriate comments, which contributes to a tense atmosphere. Additionally, there are concerns about the professionalism within the team, particularly with the design team's leadership. While the company owner is noted to be kind and helpful very nice person, these positive traits are overshadowed by the overall negative workplace culture.
