We understand that working remotely does not suit everyone, and we aim to offer flexibility so colleagues can work in the way that helps them perform at their best. For some, that means working from home, and for others, it means being more present in the business. We encourage teams to find the right balance that supports collaboration and quality outcomes.
We're sorry to hear your concerns about management and team interaction. Building strong relationships and maintaining high standards are priorities for us, and we encourage colleagues to speak up when they feel improvements can be made. If you feel that you can't approach your manager about this, then there are internal anonymous feedback channels or you can address these through your local colleague voice representative. Your voice matters, and raising concerns helps us create a better working environment for everyone.
