      Pros

      The team i work with are happy in their jobs and work really well together. potential for progression

      Cons

      low pay. significant real terms pay cut this year. restructured recently to remove a level of team manager so there are much fewer opertunities for progression. the company has lost its way, now all profit goes to the executive team rather than back into the business and community.

      Team got on well, hours weren't particularly harsh (pay not particularly impressive either)

      Cons

      Overworked due to corporate ruthlessly cutting hours (while hiring more staff?), generally piling on more and more work to the store team without considering time constraints, absolutely no opportunity for advancement while a store manager is already there
