      Pros

      Company use to be very good to work for. Decent upper management. Use to get an annual bonus.

      Cons

      Once the current regime that is there now took over they drove it into the ground and fast. You were always expected to work long hours which is fine if your getting some sort of compensation for it. No annual bonus anymore.
