Pros

If you need a job could be worse I guess. persons that end up on weekend or swing shift have it best because you escape all the crisis going on during days. 3 stars is generous. some people who don't expect much and don't care about company politics and just want a job might be ok with working here.

Cons

not a people company. no holiday parties or summer family picnics. occasional potlucks that employees have to bring the food. good people are fired and real negative people are not. There is lots of out of control things going wrong all the time. Had 3 different bosses in 3 or 4 years and they all tried the same things, but different things, and nothing sticks. lots of fighting between office and shop workers. pay is very low. one guy who worked there for 20 plus years told me that nothing changes, every 2 years its a new management flavor and then the owner fires someone and it starts over again. ok if you hide on weekend shift i guess.

Pros

Laid back environment with amazing employees. The ability to self-manage most of the time. Customer base is fun and varied. Office and shop are kept clean. The work done is high quality.

Cons

Reactive more than proactive most of the time, due to a major lack of communication between departments. High turnaround in the office, leaving customers to be juggled between sales people. An ever-changing management team that very rarely implements any positive changes. An owner who has little respect for the personal well-being of others, forcing his managers to hire then fire/lay off employees constantly. Low morale and constant panic about the health of the company. Constant redirection of processes and programs/software, leaving people lost and unable to work efficiently.
