Pros

Great clients, diverse team, loved my fellow therapists, initially had much more autonomy.

Cons

Constantly changing expectations, incredible pressure to maintain numbers without regard to therapist or client, complete lack of transparency and communication with management, zero empathy from upper management and the CEO, deceptive outward appearance of the benefits, everyone is overworked and overwhelmed.

Cons

I didn't like one of the software they used, but they are switching it now.

Pros

- Consistent client referrals make it relatively easy to build and maintain a caseload. - Office space and administrative infrastructure are provided. - Clinicians generally have significant autonomy in the therapy room and are free to use their own therapeutic style and clinical approach.

Cons

- Very low morale and a culture characterized by fear, turnover, and distrust. - High turnover at all levels, including numerous supervisors and senior staff. - Employees have reported experiencing public criticism, unprofessional communication, and conflict among members of leadership. - Concerns related to respect, inclusion, and cultural sensitivity have been raised repeatedly by staff. - Clinicians often feel that financial considerations are prioritized over clinical judgment, employee well-being, and client experience. - Some departing employees have reported feeling intimidated by threats and adversarial responses when leaving the organization. - The loss of experienced staff has created ongoing challenges related to professionalism, support, mentorship, and organizational stability.
