Pros
Cobham has some very smart and talented people and a slew interesting products and projects. Those are the reasons I chose to work with Cobham in the first place and were reasons for me staying.
Cons
Unfortunately for those who still work there the Internal politics coupled with organizational issues make for a difficult work place.
