Pros

• Exposure to global publishers and payment markets. • A few colleagues are genuinely talented and supportive. • Fast-paced environment forces you to pick up problem-solving skills quickly.

Cons

• Leadership has no clear strategy – priorities change weekly, often based on personal whims. • Teams are constantly treated as disposable “firefighters” or tools, with zero respect for boundaries. • Severe lack of resources: understaffed, underfunded, but overloaded with unrealistic expectations. • No transparency in career growth or performance evaluation – promotions depend more on politics than merit. • Culture drains you mentally and emotionally. Burnout is normalized, appreciation is rare.

We’re glad to hear that you found value in the exposure to global markets and appreciated the talent and support of some teammates. These are important issues, and while we can’t address individual experiences here, we are committed to listening, learning, and making improvements where they’re needed. Building a workplace where talented people can thrive, feel respected, and see clear opportunities for growth is a core Coda commitment. We’d welcome the chance to have a more direct conversation so we can better understand your feedback and translate it into action.
