Cons
1) One has to sit for 9 hours whether work is there or not. 2) Poor management . The two so called directors doesn't even know how to run their company. 3)No work from home. 4) Hire and fire type organization 5) The company is not interested to grow 6) Lots of politics exist even in this tiny company. 7) Work life balance is nil. They treat you like slaves 8) Initially this company was Hexagon Software. The present two directors cheated their own boss and created this tiny organization Codaemon with the employees of Hexagon Software. 9)Many good employees after serving them for many years have been fired due to bogus reasons. They recruit new junior employees every time and sack old experienced employees so that they can pay them less salary.
