      - Friendly, relaxed work atmosphere and dress code - Flexible scheduling - The president of the company listens to the employees and is open to new ideas and innovation - Working with talented coworkers with a passion for what they do – Convenient office location, near shopping and lunch options - Working with clients and helping to bring their dreams into reality

      Cons

      - Benefits package could be better, but I know we are limited by our size into what options we can choose from.
